How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase and where it needs to be delivered.

We price the delivery based on the size and weight of the order. Larger or heavier item(s) will increase the delivery fee.
Delivery time
This is dependent on your shipping option selected.
  • For Klang Valley Express (Allow for 2 business Days) via DHL
  • For Klang Valley Standard (Allow for 3-5 Business Days) via DHL
  • For our standard shipping options please allow at least ten working days for delivery from the receipt and payment for your order.
It can take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and ready for delivery. For orders received before 3pm, processing will begin on that day. For orders received after 3pm, processing will begin on the next business day.

Delivery time is subject to stock availability and stated delivery periods might be extended by up to 30 days by us. If that turns out to be the case, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens now?
If you do not receive your order after 14 working days (within Malaysia), please contact our team at gsgillsb@gmail.com and we will investigate your delivery further.
Delivery Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, excluding national holidays in Malaysia. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
My delivery is delayed!
Here are some common reasons for delayed deliveries:
  • There was a mistake in the delivery address.
  • Public Holidays.
  • Extreme weather events.
  • Incorrect credit card information entered against the order. Please double check all the details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
  • Unverified shipping address. If we can’t verify the shipping address, we may need to confirm some personal details before dispatching the order. While this can delay shipping, we take protecting our customers against fraud seriously.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product(s)?
