I can't find the product I am looking for on your website. Can G.S.Gill Sports get it for me?
G.S.Gill Sports is constantly updating the products available on our website. However, we also have an extensive range of products available in stores, which may not yet be displayed in our online catalogue. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I change the items in my order?
Please check all details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed in our system we cannot charge you for any items you want to add to the order. If you want to order additional items, you will have to place a new order. If you have ordered the incorrect item by mistake, wait to receive your order then contact us to process a refund or exchange. See the Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
I need to cancel my order.
Order cancellation can be processed up until the items have been picked and packed. If we cannot cancel the item for you in time, wait to receive it then process a return via our returns process.

Keep in mind that all refunds have a processing time of 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
My address is wrong, can I update it?
Don’t worry, it happens.

We have a small window before your order is shipped out where we can attempt to update the delivery address for your order.

The best and fastest way to contact us about address changes is by phone. Call us on +603-26983477 and let us know your order number and the updated address and we will do our best to fix this up for you.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, please consult our size guides before making a purchase to find your perfect fit!

Our size guides are available from the Size Guide button on the product page with garment sizes, international conversions and measurements.

Please note that some brands sizing differs to others so where possible we will provide a specific size guide from the Size Guide button on the product page.

We also have a regular size guide available that contains approximate international size conversions and measurements, however for accurate size information be sure to check the product page for any brand specific size guides.

Payment FAQ

If I don't want to give my credit card details over the Internet, can I pay by phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take telephone or fax orders. We use a secure payment gateway to protect our customers’ information, however you can also visit us in store.
Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?
Yes, it is extremely safe.

When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet.
When do you charge my credit card?
Our payment gateway will attempt to charge your nominated credit card at the confirmation point of your order.

gsgillsports.com offers you the cheapest and fastest shipping from a selection of trusted carriers. At times, there may also be promotional shipping rates that can apply to your order.

My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens now?
