Refunds & Exchanges

G.S.Gill Sports only accept requests for refund or exchange of regular priced product within 30 days* from the date of order. For items bought directly from store, exchange is accepted within 30 days, with proof of purchase (original receipt).

Merchandise must be in original condition with packaging, and will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged in any way.

All successful requests for refunds will be refunded and credited without interest into the same credit card account that was used to make the order.* We will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges should your order fall below the minimum qualifier for free delivery. Requests for returns/refunds may be done in store or online.

G.S.Gill Sports do not accept exchanges of products online. Products must be returned, then a new order submitted. All requests for exchanges will have to be made in store. Should the relevant item be out of stock and the customer is not agreeable to other alternatives offered, G.S.Gill Sports will proceed to refund the customer’s credit card in accordance with the procedure for requests for refunds.

Merchandise purchased using gift or promotional vouchers is non-refundable.

Any refunds may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of G.S.Gill Sports.

The acceptance by G.S.Gill Sports of any request for refund /exchange shall not constitute nor be deemed to be an acknowledgment or acceptance by G.S. Gill Sports of any breach, default or liability on the part of G.S. Gill Sports in respect of such product being refunded/exchanged.

Amount refunded will take into consideration the total discounts given to the customer at the point of purchase.

G.S.Gill Sports reserves the right to reject any requests for returns/refunds/exchange that does not fulfill our policies above or for any other reason whatsoever.
